David Bulkin

David Bulkin is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and agile coach that continues to build products by serving as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Coder, Analyst, and Tester. With more than 35 years experience delivering software and systems, he has been applying agile methods for nearly 20 years across the entire value stream. David was an independent reviewer of the PMI-ACP body of knowledge that fed the creation of the PMI-ACP Exam and has worked on the exam questions for the Certified ScrumMaster Exam. He is authorized by the Scrum Alliance® to deliver Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster sessions.
