As an organizational leader or change agent have you recognized a need to improve the way your organization designs and develops software and systems? If so, this course will introduce you to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and provide you with the tools to lead an enterprise agile transformation using the lean and product flow principles of SAFe.
This 2-day course is designed to prepare leaders and change agents to leverage SAFe in an enterprise agile transformation. SAFe is an industry leading framework that builds on the agile principles of the Agile Manifesto and team-level frameworks like Scrum and XP, extending them to the enterprise. The course employs a combination of lecture, exercises, and in-class simulations, to meet the learning objectives.
Prerequisites
While there are no specific prerequisites for attending this course, Scaled Agile suggests that those who plan to take the associated SAFe Agilist (SA) certification exam have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
- Experience in Scrum Process
Exam Details
This course is a prerequisite for taking the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification exam. Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the course.
Name: SAFe 4.5 Agilist Exam
Format: Multiple Choice
Delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
Duration: Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam
Number of Questions: 45
Passing Score: 34 out of 45 (76% passing score)
Upon successful completion of the exam, attendees will receive
