Days 1 & 2: Agile & DevOps Leadership Training
December 6-7: 8:00am–5:00pm
Join Coveros managing consultant and training manager Jeff Pierce for two immersive days in our Agile & DevOps Leadership—ICAgile Certification course. Designed for executives and organizational leaders, this hands-on course teaches leaders what they need to know to successfully implement agile and DevOps in their organizations. Successful attendees earn the ICAgile Certified Professional - Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA) credential.
What you’ll learn:
- Learn how to lead critical culture changes and improve organizational agility.
- Understand agile and DevOps and how to implement these transformations across the enterprise.
- Learn how to apply critical agile and DevOps values and principles across multiple teams.
- Discuss industry best implementation practices and methodologies for developing and delivering better software.

Coveros CTO Tom Stiehm and managing consultant Jeff Pierce will outline key steps for launching a successful agile and/or DevOps transformation. They will also share successful, real-world case studies of transformations from Coveros’ work with industry and government leaders.

Panel Discussion: Building an Agile Delivery Team in the Era of Quiet Quitting
Join industry experts and Coveros strategic partners as they discuss the emerging challenge of engaging, retaining, and inspiring agile and DevOps team members in the wake of the Great Resignation and in the context of the “quiet quitting” movement.

Strategic Workshop Sessions
Leaders will submit current real-world challenge topics facing their organizations. The group will then vote and select topics of discussion and join breakout sessions tackling these challenges. Coveros experts and other industry leaders will facilitate strategic brainstorming sessions that will provide leaders with real-world, practical steps for overcoming these obstacles.
At the end of these three days, we aim to give leaders comprehensive, immersive, and practical knowledge that will help them advance their team’s agile and DevOps operations and strategies.
